The time is yours.

Up to seven passengers plus the driver. With a licensed guide, the maximum is six passengers plus the guide and driver. Please tell us about luggage or child seats so we can confirm a suitable vehicle configuration.

The price includes all agreed transport costs and 10% VAT. Unlimited chilled spring water and a complimentary local snack are included throughout every hourly service. A licensed guide is optional and costs extra, with a separate quote before payment. Admission tickets, meals and activities you choose during your visit are separate from the transport service.

Yes. You can personalise your route and request changes to journeys or stops right up to the last minute, keeping the booked hours and price. We coordinate changes within your reserved time. If you need longer, extensions are subject to availability at €132 per hour including VAT.

Cancel at least 72 hours before the service for a full refund of the booking total. From 48 to less than 72 hours, the refund is 75%; from 24 to less than 48 hours, 50%; and less than 24 hours before the start, 30%. Notice is measured against the confirmed start time in Mallorca local time. See the full table in our service terms.

We first check availability and agree the itinerary, timings and total price with you personally. You then receive a payment link to pay for the service in full. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking or trigger a charge.

Extensions are subject to availability and cost €132 per hour including VAT. The hours originally booked are not repriced. Please speak to your chauffeur or our team before extending the service.

Our standard service includes a driver and local recommendations. For a guided visit, you can request a professional licensed local guide at an additional quoted cost. A maximum of six passengers can travel with a guide.
