We review the terms of your hourly chauffeur service with you before payment.
Duration and rates
The minimum charge is four hours, even if you need less time. The hourly rate applies to every hour booked: €150 excluding VAT for four hours, €140 for five, €130 for six and €120 from seven hours onwards. VAT is charged at 10%. The main prices displayed on this website include VAT.
What you are booking
The service is a Mercedes V-Class and driver exclusively for your use during the agreed hours. The price includes all confirmed transport costs. The pick-up point, start and finish times and itinerary are agreed before payment.
Admission tickets, meals and activities chosen by the customer are separate from the transport service. Ticket or dining packages are not offered through this form.
Complimentary refreshments
Unlimited chilled spring water and a complimentary local snack are included throughout every hourly service, at no extra charge.
Licensed guide and passenger capacity
The vehicle accommodates up to seven passengers plus the driver. With a licensed guide, the maximum is six passengers plus the guide and driver. A guide is optional and costs extra, quoted separately before confirmation.
Confirmation and payment
An enquiry by WhatsApp or email does not confirm availability or constitute a booking. Our team checks availability and agrees the route, timings and total price with the customer. A payment link is then provided for payment of 100% of the service in advance.
Extending your service
Extensions during the service are subject to availability and cost €120 per hour plus VAT: €132 per hour including VAT. The original booking is not repriced retrospectively. Please request an extension before your booked time ends.
Changes to routes and stops
You can request changes to journeys, routes and stops right up to the last minute, keeping the booked hours and booking value. We will coordinate the itinerary with you within your reserved time. This flexibility applies to the itinerary and does not reduce the hours charged. If the new route requires more time, the extension terms apply.
Cancellations and refunds
Refund percentages apply to the full booking total. Notice is measured from receipt of your cancellation request to the confirmed date and start time of the service, in Mallorca local time. You may request cancellation by WhatsApp or email.

At exactly 72 hours, the refund is 100%; at exactly 48 hours, 75%; and at exactly 24 hours, 50%.
Each booking reserves a vehicle and chauffeur for your exclusive use, blocks out time in our schedule and involves personally preparing your itinerary. The amounts retained for shorter-notice cancellations compensate for that preparation and reserved availability.
These terms apply to Prodriver hourly chauffeur services. Majorca Transfer’s standard transfer terms do not automatically apply.
Suggested itineraries
Published day trips are suggestions. The final duration depends on your pick-up location, stops, traffic and access. The chauffeur provides transport; professional commentary on a guided visit is provided by the separately booked licensed guide.
