Purposes and legal basis
We process contact and travel details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, coordinate the service and manage the booking and invoicing. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps at your request, performance of the contracted service and compliance with applicable legal obligations. This form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Information requested
Your name, contact details, date, time, pick-up location, passenger numbers and itinerary preferences; if enquiring as a hotel, its trading name. Fields marked with an asterisk allow us to prepare and respond to the enquiry. Do not include payment details or identity documents. Hotels providing guest data must have a lawful basis for sharing it and inform the guest about the processing.
How the form works
The fields are used on your device to prepare a message. This form does not store your enquiry in a website database. When you continue, the details are passed to WhatsApp or your email application; you must send the message through your chosen channel for our team to receive it. Hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data to deliver and protect the website.
Recipients and external services
The service provider and people involved in responding to your enquiry and delivering the service may process the information needed for those purposes, including the driver and, if requested, the guide. Hosting, communications, payment and administrative providers may also be involved, as may public authorities where legally required.
If you choose WhatsApp, its provider processes the communication under its privacy policy, which explains international transfers and applicable safeguards. Your email provider and payment-link provider also apply their own terms. You can request assistance by telephone or email if you prefer not to use WhatsApp. Do not enter card details in the enquiry form.
Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you book, manage the service. Necessary records are then retained for the periods required by tax and accounting obligations and to address potential liabilities, with access restricted to those purposes.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to luis@majorcatransfer.com or to the address above. If there is reasonable doubt about your identity, we may request the information needed to verify it. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
The price calculator does not confirm a booking or make an automated decision about entering into a contract: availability and details are reviewed personally.
Website use and booking
This website provides information about hourly chauffeur services and lets you prepare enquiries. Bookings are confirmed personally under the service terms, with the total price agreed before payment. Content and photographs are used by their owner or under the relevant permissions and licences. Use of the website must respect third-party rights.
